Question: Computer in the Remote Agents list shows up as Offline, but actually it is turned on
Answer:
First make sure that you installed Agent on the remote computer. Then check if Employee Activity Monitor and Agent are not blocked by the firewalls.If send a command to the agent and it returns available data, please make sure if there are more than one Employee Activity Monitor Server in network or the Employee Activity Monitor Server IP address has been changed, if yes, click menu item Agent Manage -> Reset Server IP, a dialog will appears, enter local IP address and click 'OK' button.

On the pc which I'm trying to monitor it shows the monitor server icon in the tray and right clicking this gives the user the option to exit. Is there some way to hide this as I wish to monitor an employees internet activity but as he is technically competant he WILL notice the icon in his sys tray. Thanks Paul
