Answer:
There is only one flat fee that you pay once and own the license for the product forever. There is no need to pay for subscription, tech support, etc.

- I have the trial version installed but have a question about the client pc. On the pc which I'm trying to monitor it shows the monitor server icon in the tray and right clicking this gives the user the option to exit. Is there some way to hide this as I wish to monitor an employees internet activity but as he is technically competant he WILL notice the icon in his sys tray. Thanks Paul
