Here is the guide about how to Enable logging for MSN, iChat, Skype, Adium, AIM Mac OS X edition.
Aobo requires the chat transcripts/history to be saved to work properly.
Messenger for MAC
1. Open Messenger and click on its window
2. Click "Messenger" on the top left corner of the screen besides the Apple icon.
3. Select "Preferences...", then click "History" on the menu bar of preferences
4. Select "Save conversations"; "Always save conversations without asking"; "Delete all conversation Never or One Month"
iChat
1. Open iChat and click on its window
2. Click "iChat" on the top left corner of the screen besides the Apple icon.
3. Select "Preferences...", then click "Messages" on the menu bar of preferences
4. Select "Save chat transcripts to"
Skype
1. Open Skype and click on its window
2. Click "Skype" on the top left corner of the screen besides the Apple icon.
3. Select "Preferences...", then click "Chats" on the menu bar of preferences.
4. Select "forever" or "One Month" for "Keep Chat History"
5. Type some keystrokes through skype chat window to see if it works. If it doesn't work, pls open the keylogger window - General - Select "Clear Skype" besides "View the Log" button then "View the Log" to see if skype logs are recorded.
Adium
1. Open Adium and click on its window
2. Click "Adium" on the top left corner of the screen besides the Apple icon.
3. Select "Preferences...", then click "General" on the menu bar of preferences.
4. Check the option "Log messages"
AIM for Mac
1. Open AIM and click on its window
2. Click "AIM" on the top left corner of the screen besides the Apple icon.
3. Select "Preferences...", then click "IM" on the menu bar of preferences.
4. Check the option "Enable IM logging"
If you don't see the settings as the images above, you may have an old version of the IM. Please download and install the latest IM version:
