Question: When I click "view the log" it says there are no logs available to view. I followed the instructions, and restarted, typed over 100 character....how do I fix this?

Answer:

1. Please try to reboot your mac if you doesn't reboot after install. Then view logs.

2. Type more keystrokes

3. If it doesn't work, please read Readme.rtf carefully to see whether you have missed a step.

4. Contact Aobo Support Team for a Remote desktop support from live support http://aobo.cc/
