How to enable access for assistive devices in Mac OS X?

1. Go to Systerm Preferences Panel

2. Click "Universal Access "

3. Check the option "Enable access for assistive devices"

Comment of PARENT 101:
I am running OS X YOSEMITE and it does NOT have [x] Enable access for assistive devices. What is option number 2, it keep asking me to set this up every time I restart. No so stealthy if you ask me.

I had the same problem as "PARENT 101". AOBO Keylooger needs to have instructions for those installing on OSX 10.9+ because the System Preference settings have changed. "Universal Access" has changed to "Accessibility", for starters.
