Question: For email testing? When I click "Send Test", the wheel starts spinning and nothing happened, why?

It is sending the logs to you so "Sending Message" shows.
Maybe you have captured lots of screenshots which have huge size so the email sending is very slow.
Please open the keylogger--Select "Clear Screenshots" from drop down list. Then click "Send Test" again to send the email.

Email service providers, such as Gmail and AOL, all have limited size for the attachments, so please set the screenshots capturing interval a little longer according the email sending interval.
Eg, if you set the screenshots capturing as 10minutes, it will capture 60 screenshots in 10 hours, which have size  10M in all.
Most of the email provider will not successfully send the email if it is as large as 10M.

Please set the screenshots capturing interval no less than 20 minutes, and the email sending interval as 20-120 minutes.
