Here are example settings for the email configuration.
We recommend free Gmail which supports SMTP, use it just as smtp server to send the logs. Register one here: http://gmail.com
For Gmail:
>>>> send to = your email address.
>>>> smtp server = smtp.gmail.com or 74.125.127.109
>>>> user name = your gmail email address
>>>> your gmail password
>>>> port 587 (If you are using aobo keylogger v3.1 or older, you may use port 465 here)
>>>> USE SSL = yes
For hotmail:
>>>> send to = your email address.
>>>> smtp server = smtp.live.com or 65.55.162.200
>>>> user name = your hotmail email address
>>>> your password
>>>> port 587
>>>> USE SSL = yes
For Aol mail:
>>>> send to = your email address.
>>>> smtp server = smtp.aol.com or 64.12.168.40
>>>> user name = your aol email address
>>>> your password
>>>> port 587
>>>> USE SSL = no
For Yahoo Email
>>>> send to = your email address.
>>>> smtp server = smtp.mail.yahoo.com or 98.136.185.95

For Mail.com mail:

For verizon mail:

If you have your own domain email such as "xxx@yourdomain.com", here is example setting for you:
>>>> send to = your email address. Eg: xxx@yourdomain.com
>>>> smtp server = mail.yourdomain.com or something else you set up
>>>> user name = your email address Eg: xxx@yourdomain.com
>>>> your password
>>>> port 25
>>>> USE SSL = no
Configure the email according to the above examples and send a test email to make sure it works.
For the "Failed to send email" issue, please try the below solution:
1. If you use gmail, please change "smtp.gmail.com" to "74.125.127.109"
2. Then send a test email to see if it works.
If you don't use gmail, please lookup the ip address of your email smtp server:
Eg, for yahoo mail, go to http://network-tools.com
enter smtp.mail.yahoo.com to lookup the ip address, then you will see ip address is 98.136.185.95
If email doesn't work for you, you may try to use FTP to receive logs: Use FTP Space to store the Logs
