I don't receive any order email after purchase, what can I do?

  1. Please make sure that you offered the correct email address when you purchased the software.
  2. Please check both the inbox and the junk box/spam folder of your email.
  3. Go to http://www.awosoft.com/support-center and submit a ticket with your order email, full name and telephone number. We will check it for you.
